This mugen is an edit of winmugen default 1.0 crazy I know. it doesn't look like it, but it is. I customized it to top and bottom and I am extremely proud of this work. I hope you guys give it a go. for, this probably my most favorite winmugen edits I ever worked on. enough of the blabber, let's get into the details..

 

This consists of 1700+ slots. has 3 starter chars as seen in the images and comes with music (yes the nostalgic type).  preview of this and more of my edits are here:
