WinMugen Plus Purple 1715 slots

Mugen Version: Winmugen Plus
This is just an edit of winmugen red (you can tell because I cannot for the life of me fix the highlighted red on the title screen selection), this time the slots are fixed and the accurate amount of slots on this are 1715 slots. I fixed and re-arranged the slots to where they are suppose to be.

Comes with 3 starter chars: 
Altair, Cyberia and Dark Yugen Suwako
also comes with some music as well
