Unknown WinMugen Plus Edit Roster with 3360+ Chars!

➠ This mugen here is formerly "private" yes, indeed. now you were probably wondering why was this private? well, it was private because I thought since I already made like 2 unknown mugen rosters here already I thought there was NO point in releasing this one. BUT, you know something told me no point in just keeping it to keep it.

Mugen Details:
■ Chars: 3000+
■ Stages: I think about 2 or more (lol didn't bother ATP)
■ Any issues running it? no. but, you will encounter mugen chars that will cause the mugen to crash, glitch or even tamper with it.  You can get it here
