MY SVC Final Mugen Roster Edition (my edit) - 1082+ Characters

This is just my version/updated version of the popular SVC Final Mugen that was floating around back then I was younger. I go into more depth in the description and such. 

 

- Other than that, surprisingly this was much smaller than I anticipated, meaning that the first person that did this aka OP could've easily uploaded it to mediafire or google drive but chose to put it in 1920393 parts instead back then  other than that, that is all.
