Unknown Mugen (Winmugen Edition) w/ 2000+ Chars (w/ CHEAPIES)

Basically, this is another winmugen roster this time, with around 2000+ chars like the 1.0 one on the channel. this one would go in the interesting/requested mugen tier because people have done Unknown Mugen (winmugen) edition rosters in the past but never released them and, those apparently still get a lot of attention to this day.

 

This has around 700+ stages. note, there is ofc CHEAPIES in here, very powerful ones to the point that you can see the mugen acts up in times where there would be random K.O.s for some of the battles. so keep that in mind. Hope you enjoy.
