Oblivion Mugen Roster (Skyvesta Discord Project Edition)

 This mugen consists of many cheapies, yes even a frost tier! all chars are submissions/works from the community so expect some crazy and immaculate things. HAZARD warning for this mugen indeed. if you are worried about certain cheapies it is most recommended you use a virtual machine anyways. other than that...

The Skyvesta discord (aka Nomi's discord) decided to come together, submit their works and favorite mugen chars to the mugen leading us to this amazing roster we have made today with everyone's efforts! this was a really fun project to do with everyone and it made the whole thing worth it. I hope you guys enjoy this mugen as much as we have
