This one I was conflicted on posting because I wasn't sure if it was already done, all I know is that I've seen/searched MFJ 1.0 and the character select screen/slots looked entirely different from the original so I decided to do the pleasure of converting it myself. 

 

Remember, this is winmugen screenpack to 1.0 if you want the winmugen one get it here:
