This is a winmugen screenpack that has been converted to 1.0 by ME. yes this time it's by me. I decided to go back to learning screenpack conversions in case for future projects since I realize not everyone is going to be available to convert SPs for me which is OK life been busy for me and my homies so I decided for fun why not do this one. 

 

I do have more in the back but, not sure if I should release them YET (dw they will be public soon I don't gatekeep). either way, hope you guys enjoy this screenpack! don't ask me to convert this to 1.1 I only do winmugen to 1.0 OR 1.1 to 1.0 conversions. until I have a PC that can run mugen 1.1b efficiently I am sticking with 1.0 (it's superior anyways uwu and doesn't crash on a certain amount of chars)
