Win_Mugen 1.0 w 1704+ Chars Roster (DOWNLOADABLE)

I usually keep it short and sweet, but I'll paste what's in the description of this mugen anyways, so it makes a lot more sense lmao. 

╰─➛ So, you're one of the people that voted for this that understands the assignment great, but I did have people who were really confused and it's no problem lol I will explain because I know there will definitely be more people confused if I don't clear this up as well because I remember people being lost when seeing this type of screenpack BUT, if you didn't know these type of screenpacks are actually quite common. let me explain...

 

✎ˀ So these type of mugens are basically where they get the base screenpack or an old school screenpack that is similar and they convert it to 1.0 or 1.1 and this is one of those screenpacks. so the winmugen base screenpack has been converted to 1.0 and made a roster out of it. this have a total of 1704+ chars. and usually, when it comes to winmugen stuff I usually fill it with a lot of cheapies but this time I decided to make it balanced meaning some cheapies on there but there's also some normal chars as well so it's 50/50.

 

Other than I just wouldn't recommend this screenpack, I know what I just said is crazy but like like what you are seeing is what you will get sorry about the gaps. there was SO MANY GAPs before I uploaded this and they were all caused by literally DRAGON BALL Z Chars it's crazy lmao. but if you don't mind this mugen..Here's some info:
