You should try disabling all of your antivirus or vpn to get into the website and download all of em,... Or not.

Well, i can acesss Mugen Archive using a WIFI in another place, i can't use it on my own wifi for some reason....

 

I will still need to way till another day to download the characters, after this i will reupload them in my Drive account for anyone who wants them.
