That's not what I'm looking for. I'm talking about Lightning Shuko, the one that is extremely cheap

I saw that thread at Mugenguild and had the impression that it was a private char. Looking into it more this is what I discovered:

It was released at getuploader "ROMCHOU_MUGEN", then sometime later it was removed.

Have you tried asking Romchou?

So maybe flax has the char too. Try asking flax too.

I did ask Romchou, but he doesn't have it cause of it being discarded or something.

Hmm, things don't add up. Clearly, it was removed from the getuploader, and LT-Shuko is just an edit of an original char by Flax, which Flax approved. Lightning Shuko should have been still uploaded at getuploader, but it's not. Did you ask him why it was removed in the first place? Try asking Flax too if he has the char edit. I also tried to contact Romchou through email I believe, but I haven't gotten a response yet.

 

Oh, and btw, if Romchou accidentally deleted LT-Shuko in the recycling bin, you can still possibly recover it with a program.
