If this is an original character thread too now, does that mean we should include Japanese OC characters as well? There's quite a lot of them and I feel like "quite" is an understatement.

Also, what would an original character thread be without one of the most famous of the old guard of MUGEN's original characters, Dragon Claw by Reuben Kee?
