Three characters I am wondering if someone would be willing to make

Hi!! I am new to MUGEN but I noticed that there is no Kokichi Oma (From danganronpa  v3), Karma Akabane (from assassination classroom) Or Reinhard Van Astrea (From ReZero) on Mugen..

I was wondering if anyone would  be willing to make those three characters for me.
