A Little Problem With Scathacha Def File

[Vargath]

So a little premise:

1. I use the 1.1b1 version which if i rember correctly should be the last one released from ElecByte

2. If u guys could i would like a step by step explanation

3. I just downloaded the "last" FFS version which i took from here:http://fighterfactory.virtualltek.com/

im guessing the problem is simply the different mugen version however i erased everything from my brain so i don't rember what to do and i don't want to create  more trouble.
