Megashot12 Posted June 30, 2019 Posted June 30, 2019 Hello I was wondering if I could get a char creation of my custom character Rioa Masaki, I have a picture of him but idk if I could send it here he has blue orbs of energy that glow when he throws they explode and regenerate him alittle bit he also amazing speed but when losing all his power he pulls out a bow because when he's powerless he turns into a regular person basically, he also has a form where he's a blue glowing been that hovers slightly above the ground with no eyes or even a mouth on the face.
