Transparent Alpha Palettes

i'm known it can do a alpha palettes for mugen 1.1 users

The Better idea is can adjust the Transparency Alpha but it could found for adobe users or gimp to i guess, it seems could better work from Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax or Crossing Void

If Only work in Fighter Factory 3 and Fighter Factory Studio
