Some sites can't put down others. People just applaud and scream over anything that appeals to them. Anything Marvel or DC at one site gets praised no matter how bad it is. But then anything Touhou and CvS at another web site gets beloved no matter what.

Will someone please explain how to make the 3D effects of this stage work with the splashes?

Author is Shiyo Kakuge not Varo hades. and yeah I wonder too how he is able to make a water effect like this because this is truly amazing!
