This is version 1 of my original Jigglypuff MUGEN character from Pokemon. This character is a 1.0/1.1 MUGEN character.

Adjustments that will be made to V2 and further updates:
-Jigglypuff Sounds
-Fly Mechanic 
-Palette Changes (if two or more Jigglypuffs are being used)
-Better Spark Effects
-Better AI System

-Better Grab/Throw

-Better Energy Mechanics

 

If anyone could find me ripped sounds for Jigglypuff that would be great.

 

However, I will not be updating this character anytime soon because the mechanics that I desire to update is out of my skill level.

This is my first MUGEN character, and I need more experience before I improve the mechanics.
