Key word terms for character's Ultimate Weapon in FFII PSP

Hello guys recently I play PSP Version of Final Fantasy 2 I didn't know how to get character's ultimate weapon and what the right key word terms to get them and yes I now go to Arcane Labyrinth.So guys does anyone who played this game and how to exact the right key word terms, please(2x) help I don't know what to do.
