I'm currently looking for this character, it originates from Dragoon Might. This character is listed on The Mugen Fighter's Guild as online but I can't find it on MelvanaInChains's website. Does this character even exist? It's been listed as both a finished character and a W.I.P. If anyone knows more please explain.

it's not actually finished. melv is probably never gonna finish it because he is notorious for never finishing things because he is that lazy.
