The animation quirk in this one seems to be them switching between Inferno Cop style animation and proper animation. Not sure how to feel about it.

Sadly, Ninja Slayer From Animation only exists for frames like those. The whole purpose of it is to advertise for the concerned companies.

Seems they saved the parts with good animation for the parts with cute female ninja. They even didn't give her an inferno cop cutin, which clearly means she's the most serious part of the show. Or something.

Well, they gave her a cutout and the neon ninja glow this episode. But it's still obvious that while everything else is silly, she's the "serious" character.
