How to use a screenpack made for a mugen version with another one

Hi all.i use the "international mugen tournament",which is a blue themed screenpack with around 1000 or 2000 characters (i guess).the mugen itself its stable and quite new,but i wanted to have more characters in my character screen..i tried to increase the rows and colunns numbers but of course the result was a mess.then i saw this

 

 

and i downlaoded it,its exactly what i wanted,but it seems to use a very old winmugen version,which doesn't load 80% of characters\stages that instead loads fine on the other one.what can i do?
