Same is true about his buddy Clark Steel. Nut sure about Leona, though, since I don't remember her appearing in any pre-KOF games. This new fangled Ralf is roided up ridiculousness. Same as new fangled Clark.

Same as new fangled Clark. I wasn't refering to his build, but to his attire, which is indeed based on Ikari Warriors (albeit not 100% the same).
