Didnt saw this posted at the NEWS so here ya go but anyway this Freeza is a very basic spriteswap of the HD Goku by Xande Toskomics & Ribeiro so needs improvement.

 

Also the SFF only loads at 1.1 32 bits mode so to use it at Mugen 1.0 just open the SFF file at Fighter Fictory 3 and save the SFF as Mugen 1.0 or Winmugen and should work allright.

Is that his default size compared to other (standard) characters? Is there a way to scale him up a bit?

Nope i resize him down to look kinda accurate to the anime (size=0.32) buut the default (0.45) seems to be a more normal one all is inside is CNS
