The Sims 2 (Downloadable stuff)

I still have and play Sims 2 but I don't have many expansion packs for it so I'm wanting to make up for it. I've been Downloading stuff for it from the following sights

Not sure how to add these to the game. I'm sure someone out here knows how to do it. anything helps? can someone tell or send video?
