Winmugen11 Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 I'm guessing opening her .snd file in FF, browsing through all her sound clips until you find the announcer ones and then delete them should do the job. This signature would not have been possible without the combined efforts of Ryoucchi & Zenesis. All credit goes to them for making this!
