It's KOFC Orochi K' and it was made by lucifer. All KOFC stuff are private as hell. Even Baidu can't find something from them(or don't share it).

I'm not sure that Orochi K' is released or not, pretty much the whole full game on that vid. I'm telling you, right now we have a WIP Orochi K' that is much better on the works. Here the link for you to follow the progress
