Is there a tutorial out for AI helpers?

Your best deal is the winane method....ive seen some other different ways but thats the one i use the most for the fastest AI helper activations....Or study whats all said here at this thread:

A + 1 also is to look at Pots chars: Geese, M bison(Vega) & Akuma. certain AI is actually strategically coded in the move states of attacks so the AI can activate the move much more clever at the right times.....
