I got everything done today, Its a 2 day work so tell me if there are bugs or anything but I wish he had more sprites so I can do more, anyway here is my side project released hi res perfect cell 1.0

Done testing him. I can say you really do a justice to alienqueen style of DBZ characters. Combo was nice, great AI, easily the best DBZ characters in alienqueen style. For the hyper, if you gonna update this Cell, can you change his Kamehameha hyper to Perfect Barrier or Death Beam? Since we already have Solar Kamehameha as his 3rd hyper, so it's better to have different move for 1st hyper.

It wasn't aliensqueen style I made this style for my future DBZ projects but all of the sprites is his. Hmm death beam for the first hyper and perfect barrier for the last. I'll think about it but I need to work on luffy right now

I updated it for mugen 1.1 users I made the kamehameha and solar  longer so that it would hit, I also fixed the annoying shock fx while doing solar kamehameha also added a better video

Hmm death beam for the first hyper and perfect barrier for the last.

Yeah, that sound cool too. But still hope you stay the solar kamehameha as his final hyper because that was Cell most powerful move. Either way, good luck with your Luffy too!
