Winmugen11 Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 is there a way to scale back their damage ? The easiest way to do it is to open their CNS file and lower their attack values. The hardest way is to open them up in FF and lower the damage for each move they do. This signature would not have been possible without the combined efforts of Ryoucchi & Zenesis.
