She's originally from a game known as Cookie Clicker in which the Grandmapocalypse is an event. She plays just like the Bowser's minions minigame. Be warned though, as the first round is easier than the second one because then a giant blob of flesh consisting out of many grandma's makes it's appearance.

 

Yeah, I know it sounds weird, just go with the flow.
