These lifebars and announcer/screenpack?

and will this work on 1.1? I have omegas screen pack for 1.1, but can I swap in this announcer, and lifebar set?

Hey, I'm not normally one to do this, but since it's a coincidence, I have those bars in your first post available in me and my brother's site in my sig. It is under Lifebars->High Res. I'm not sure if they function in Mugen 1.1 though. The announcer comes included with the bars.

No, this isn't a mugen game. This is street of rage, with an invented character.

Then, someone created this character for mugen, but no, and sorry, this isn't a mugen minigame.
