Ness Posted September 30, 2013 Share Posted September 30, 2013 Looks like pots Ryu, in Evil mode, with a Shin Akuma palette, pretty sure there's nothing over the top different from the standard Evil Ryu by pots, but I'll check, I think I may have downloaded this before ...
