I was going to make another character entirely, but I've been busy and now I'm in agonizing pain as a result of a sunburn.  So you get this lesser effort offering instead.

 

Remember Andore from that time he went abroad and wore overalls?  Yeah, he's cool.  He's pretty much the same as the other Andore I made, but since he has less frames, there's a new intro, new win pose, no taunt, and his standing punch has a shorter range.

 

I don't expect that I'll be making Final Fight 3 Andore since he doesn't have sufficient frames for a good crouch.  Also, I'd be obliged to give him a Super SPD and heck if I want to program all that non-sense.
