can you make some pals for vice by 41? she's one of the two kof13 vices out and she is in dire need of some colors lol! the first two i would like some resembling the female terminator from T3 and the teacher in blue and white from rival schools. everything else, just go nuts with!! thanks and if you need the character , let me know!!

i think a ken / maki hybrid would've been nice.. the sprites are very well done , but the move set i won't go into details as everyone here already made that point. this need to go back into the lab and given some different moves.
