does any one know how to make window mode realizable?

What Ngn said, if you want to edit the screenpack open system.def look for the selectscreen section then edit the name offset for both p1 & p2. As for stage select change its position or pos to move it, btw are those kung fu man edits?

Well, you're not playing fullscreen so you've got stuff being cutoff.  Also, you might be using the wrong resolution for that screenpack.
