Hi. So a few years ago say in 2011 or 2012 i didn't know what mugen was and i loved Mortal Kombat so i was trying to look for cool MK characters and I came across Blue Dragon. I'm not asking ANYONE to make him I'm just asking if someone knows where I can find him or if they have him as a character in one of their games.
