Jin and P-tan's sites being down, or weather people know about it, have nothing to do with this. The point is, this character was released without credit being given to the author(s), the poster's already posted another character with misleading content.
That said, are you trying to say, that no one who posts a character in the forum, shouldn't at the veay least know what they're posting? Of course you're not, so, he's either out for attention, or he's posting anything and everything that catches his eye. It's the responsibility of both author and poster to give credit where credit is due.
A simple edit to the post would fix everything.

My god Sky really, no where did he say he made the sprite or the character and in case you missed it this is a warehouse section, anything posted here was not made by the poster and is posted here to share other people's creations.
Nothing stated the in this release has any basis in fact. This post as a whole is misleading.

I highly doubt that he's inocent here, posting it without the propper credits, not very smart, posting a character he knows nothing about? Even less smart.

This is in no way-------No Way At All------- Anything close to KoFXIII or RoTD, it's not even an Apha release, let alone 98% complete, he looks like he's drawn with cryons and that KOFXIII spriote at the top wasn't even made by you, I saw that posted on MFG 2+ years ago.

From what I'm seeing all these issues are minor, 2-3 hours or so.

Hows this sound, let me sweeten the pot. In addition to making a Portrait, intros, win poses, I'll also make those missing normals from scratch. You'll have a solid character with an original flare all her own.

I'll think about what you've said but it was just done for an April Fools.
Some of the moves in that video are clearly overblown, however, some would make great level3 supers. A lot of the FX can be made from scratch too. You've a chance you make something original here.

It's safe to say she has the same quirks as most other clones, they don't need to be pointed out, you know them by heart, but She is a magic user yes?
Why not grab the magic book sprites from RedEarth's Tessa character? A quick intro of her reading from it will make that point clear, how she's able to do what she dose.
Also, Witches are known for having a 'familiar' or assistant, Black cats and such. Grab the cat sprites from KoF's Adel, and put it in an intro, or have it appear in a win pose.
Simplify her name to just 'April Batis', she's a N.E.S.T.S Anti-K clone, you don't have to call her Kula.
Change the hair, the color is fine, but she needs style. I'd go with Hotaru Futaba's, use the same pallet trick I showed you to add them. She'll stand out for this reason, and if there is one thing that every clone needs, it's something that sets them apart. There are only 228 sprites, it would take an afternoon, tops.
Now that's a bratty little thing, that clearly wants to do you harm.....If you do the above, I'll make a Portrait for her AND help with the intros/win poses.

Dear lord, see, everytime I think about going to that site again, I'm reminded why I stoped. Two years ago they tried to con me into spriteing that Medusa, in exchange for bug fixes and A.I's. Lied to me every step of the way.
