Hi everyone, I'm new and Italian. I've been trying my hand at modifying Mugen for a few years now. The only thing I still don't know how to do, even though I have some sprites I found online, is I can't create a character. I was wondering if anyone among you was willing to make some creations. I even downloaded the right programs, but nothing. I'm completely incompetent. Despite being able to make a lot of modifications to the Mugen game, I can't create characters.
