Anyway, If I do not see this uncannily funny but charming hand in MUGEN, I'm going to buy a Tarantula and feed it to my Hippopotamus lol
Ideas:
- Noggin Presents Oobi Intro
- Call Grampu, Uma, or Kako as Strikers/Assists
- Aggressive playstyle
- Combos into Hypers
- 1 Bar Hyper; Tag: When triggered, he will run off screen and then lock onto the opponent, "tagging" them for 1/4 health. Can be blocked.
- 2 Bar Hyper; A Turtally Rad Obsession: Oobi will call his turtle on-screen, and it will make its way to the opposing side of the screen. Hits for more health if connecting consecutive hits. Can be blocked.
- 3 Bar Hyper; Oobi, You, Friends: Oobi will freeze time, stare at the opponent for a few seconds, and say they are his friend, prompting 3/4 - all of their health gone. Unblockable.
- Desperation Move; Parents??: At only 1/4 health or less with full gauge of power, Oobi will once again stop the time, look around while scared and confused, then say "Parents?" or "Where Parents?" After no response, Oobi will unleash his OHKO; yelling, "PAAAAAAARRREEEEEEEENNNNNTTTTTSSSSS!!!", killing the enemy automatically once triggered (based on Oobi's fan-made stories)
Custom Intros
- VS fake Oobi Punching Bag characters: "Oobi, Angry!"
- VS Himself: "Oobi? Good, hehe!"
- VS Stronger Characters: Oobi dances facing the other direction, turns and notices the opponent; *GASP*
- VS Small Characters: Oobi dances with the enemy for a while; "You, dance!"
