I've tested Anisan's Cheapest Cheapy this evening, and here is my report.

You know, this updated ver can adjust her size when she grew bigger as a new hyper move. It really helped me when I play by her and fight against some cheapy AIs.

I thought Rare Reimu is like Rare Akuma?!While Giji Ultima Akuma Oddity is her

Rare Reimu is almost same as Rare Akuma, just the sprites and some sound files switched to the original ones. But Giji Ultima ones are much cheaper than those Rare ones. Giji can instantly kill Rares, and even those who can kill those Rares are no match for Giji Ultimas.

Just for notification, and also, for Ani-san's gradual recovery, I've modified Rare Reimu's sff, air, sound, & added new palettes.

 

 

 

Watching Giji Rare Reimu Oddity gameplay & I felt like err.... "Wow, that looks so interesting. I should have edited my Rare Reimu's sprite like this!!"

Note: Those two cannot be playable by human players, but only by AI.

If opening Fortuna's state -2, -3 file and switching trigger 11 to 0, she can be playable.

But only super move you can use is Vanishing Rush. No other commands were set in her CMD file.

 

I've actually tried to enter command states, but the result really sucks.

Lool, 12th color :) I've come up with such an idea once in a while, but I need the time to research sufficient know-how.

Someday I wish I can, but not tomorrow.

Looks like a good update so far. My only gripe is the Kanameishi. It looks blurry..

If you want to switch the sprites to the previous ones, open sff file, then, go to Group 4305 & 4307.

You can see the Kanameishi sprite at No.0, and there are backups for Moon & Deathstar at No.1 of both Groups.

 

Replacement can be done by switching the No, of both sprites to each other.

A few updates for Rare Reimu's sprites.

1. Removed clearly unnecessary spites.

  Those are mainly for Oni-Miko which used to be the basis for Incomplete Rare Reimu.

  I just wanted to decrease the file size.

2. Rare Reimu has stolen Kaname-Ishi from Tenshi Hinanai's hand, and make use of it in order to press her enemy to death.

It seems she's got bored of using the Moon or the Deathstar.

3. Changed character icon. You don't need to mind about this point, but just to distinguish from Oni-Miko.

 

4. Changed sprites of Raging Demon Aftermath. More Yandere-ish.

 

 

To Ani-san, I haven't changed the link as well as the last time, so you don't need to mind.

I've updated Rare Reimu Complete, adding several new points. This includes not only revised and new palettes, but the new sound file (voiced by Norio Wakamoto).

Last week, I've downloaded Robert of KOF94. When using this character, the error message appeared and said "unable to read air file." So, I've decided to make its replacement.

 

Because Robert's moves look so similar to Ryo's ones in the earlier period, replacing sprites and sounds were quickly done. Basically, all moves are based on MASA's Ryo Sakazaki in FFSP.

I have a question: How do you change the "p"/color/??? of the character?

Also, I've observed watch mode in order to find how Grand Diable in regular color is cheap. I've selected Ultimate God Orochi (in 12th color) as her enemy. Still, UG Orochi's any move (even Omega Tom Hunks Killer) was nothing to her, and Regular Grand Diable pwned 12P UG Orochi. Would you mind me sending you the screenshots? Memory of my PC is almost full, & I can't afford to record the gameplay vid.

I've found another cheapie who succeeded to kill 12P Grand Diable, its name is Tenko_L!! If using this char from the 2P side and selecting the 10th color, as you can see, she gets unmoved in the air, surrounded by a circle. Only she does is to emit the tiny death balls to all the directions. Getting hit by one of any death ball leads you to instant death. Somehow, those death balls could kill her as the screenshot below shows.

 

PS What I'm referring to is Grand Diable in 12th color. I haven't confirm what will happen if she is in an ordinary color.

I've got Grand Diable last week, but I wondered someone else may share this character so I didn't. Caution; once she grew bigger, even cheap moves which can kill omega Tom hunks instantly cannot kill her. I've tried in watch mode to see what would happen when ultimate god orochi or s-yukari fight against her. The result was both failed. Only character who succeeded to kill her was S-Flan, according to my observation. So, at that time, I thought this character is still WIP. That's another reason I decided not to share.
