Dear Admin, can I have the Sound Rip of Under Night In-Birth II [Sys:Celes]?

Can you please ask the admin to help update the Sound Effect? I want to rename all KOFXV sounds with their internal ID names (same as Tekken 7/GGST).

I'd like to ask why KOFXV system sounds has "No id names so it's kind of a mess". Why didn't they change the name to be more stable than they did before? Would you mind telling me the ID name according to this number in the files? examples: 777896486.ogg = Climax Super Special Moves sounds etc.
