Grandmaster Rain

uhh i can't play it every time i go to the player select it dose this weird random select thing and then if i press any button it takes back to the menu screen

any help with this issue

hi i am new here but not so much Mugen(been playing since 2019) 

i go by many names Grandmaster white lotus( my yt name) or Grandmaster rain

or just rain. anyway, in the pasted few months i have wanted to do a Mugen project so i came here so i can get help and be able to share as well as look at your projects
