I have a question, I recently got into mugen and transferring abilities from one character to the other. I really want to make my own but I don't have the requirements.
 
My question is if anybody is up to make Genshin Impact mugen characters in JUS style. Even if it's a commission and I have to pay for it. I would REALLY appreciate it. Please let me know!!
