tthe link is fixed by now, i got her working.

this is how to use: first, download it, then, extract it, after, open uno tag team patcher .exe, then allow it if it appears for you to to do, then after it opens, click on  command, then on find character, then locate your character and def file, then, put the numbers of states and animations you find ok, after, click on patch character, add their unotag version on te select, and done! boom! have fun

this seems cool, maybe i will give it a try soon.

from my knowledge, your character might not be compatible with 1.1 (try downloading 1.0 and put your characters there to see if you get the same error), or check the character´s .def or .sff file, sometimes, they have their .cmd or any file that is missing, so checking their files also is important, i hope this helped, im not that smart with mugen so i may be wrong.

the download of the game is not avaible, ``the file you are searching is missing..`` (ik my english is horrible kthx)
