This is an edit of Raisu's CVS2 Orange life bars that I quickly whipped up a few years ago. I may go back and make this look more professional but use it if you like.
This lifebar is 640x480 and works in Mugen 1.0 and 1.1
Known issues: The combo counter is still yellow and not blue, I don't know how to change that.
