I think this normal Mugen version does the same thing...when shinnok hits another oponnent with the lazer fireball, the oponnent gets stuck for a while...

I don't know much about shinnok moves, maybe this is the right behaviour of the move

I tested it in FF agaisnt other char...every attack makes the other char to get stuck..even the lifebar doesn't fade the damage...mabe it's the AI...any ideas?
