CvS2-Ex Lifebar (MUGEN 1.0/1.1)

Oh, I remember when this lifebar was released by the author. Using a portrait other than 9000,0 for a lifebar was rare at the time. This one uses the 9000,1 portraits. It's one of the good things that got lost when MUGEN 1.0 arrived. Obviously I'm not doing random conversions, this was one of the lifebars I used before 2010. I'm feeling a bit nostalgic, so I'm rescuing a piece of that era.
