hello gays i am from algeria and had nice edits of several mugen chars always attemting to converting them as their original games

i have ikaruga's clark_kof98 edited to kof97 throw system that is "the special or hyper  throw will always have high priority when the

opponent is not in an air state"  further more when the two challengers make a throw at the same time they do nothing 

here is the link for ikaruga'clark that i edited i dont know ikaruga'mail if i did i will ask him if he will agree for my edit

this throw system does not work in simul mode because there are more then then one opponent neverthless i find it useful trick

that when someone do yo a DM and hi is not in an air state and you throw him with qcf+a at the same time as an example your throw will almost succeed like kof94,95,96,97 classic system!

i dont have an internet connection in my home so i will be avaible sometimes ones a week in some cyber cafe and sorry for my english because french is our second langage in my country i will share with you other edited chars in the forthcoming days and i hope that someone whill overhaul these chars to be accurate as possible as the original games
