Renji Abarai....Something Weird With Him...

I just wanted to see if anyone can solve and fix this issue I have with him.  

 

Apparently when I use him in Mugen Fights....as the battle starts....he causes everything to go super slow and I don't know why.  I was wondering if anyone can fix him so he runs faster and smoother in battles.  Here is his dload link:

I plan to use him and Ichigo as a team on my roster and I really hope someone can fix his performance issue.

Isn't that Renji by Ikaruga? If yes, you need the newer version of him since it's run smooth, not like the older one.
